District Court

-Week of July 27-

Tyler Wayne Love, 17, Caro, is charged with home invasion, first degree, conspiracy to home invasion, first degree; breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property, less than $200; motor vehicle – unlawfully driving away; police officer – fleeing; operating with no license; larceny in a building; conspiracy to larceny in a building. Pretrial was July 27 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 3.

Pamela Jo Nagy, 22, Caro, is charged with motor vehicle – unlawfully driving away; five counts of identity theft; financial transaction device – possession. Pretrial was July 27 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 3.

Kyle Gene Roat, 18, Caro, is charged with home invasion, first degree; conspiracy to home invasion, first degree; motor vehicle – unlawfully driving away; larceny in a building; conspiracy to larceny in a building. Preliminary exam is set for Aug. 17.

David Lee Bradley, 45, Clio, is charged with police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; alcohol – open container in vehicle; trespassing. Pretrial is set for Aug. 3 and preliminary exam is set for Aug. 10.

Circuit Court

Jason Raymond Malicoat, 23, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 120 days deferred, 60 months probation on two counts of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree (force or coercion). He was ordered to pay $1,196 in costs and fines.

Marc Thomas Everson, 28, Reese, was sentenced to 1 year, 6 months – 7 years, 6 months with 70 days credit for operating while intoxicated, third offense. He was ordered to pay $5,404.62 in restitution. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 1 year, 4 months – 2 years with 1 day credit for controlled substance – possession of marijuana, second offense. He was ordered to pay $128 in costs and fines.

Matthew James Slater, 43, Traverse City, pleaded guilty to bond absconding, habitual offender, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

Shannon Marie Ray, 24, Caro, was sentenced to 12 months probation for false report of a felony.

Lewis William Nowlen, 56, Caro, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated, third offense, habitual offender, third. Sentence date to be set.

Steve Lee Walstead, 25, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit, 36 months probation for check – non sufficient funds, $500 or more. He was ordered to pay $620.72 in restitution and $2,628 in costs and fines.

Gordon Zachary Crittenden, 24, Kingston, was sentenced to 4-15 years with 1 day credit on two counts of criminal sexual conduct, first degree (personal injury).

Frederick Vere Liestman, 69, Mayville, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense. Sentence date to be set.

Nathaneal Isaiah McTaggart, 24, Caro, was sentenced to 120 days with 24 months probation for home invasion, second degree. He was ordered to pay $1,438.09 in restitution and $2,078 in costs and fines. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to arson – dwelling house, habitual offender, third; arson of insured property. Sentence date to be set.

Keith Everett Acre III, 26, Mayville, pleaded no contest to domestic violence, third offense, habitual offender, third. Sentence date to be set.

Christina Raquel Leonard, 22, Akron, was sentenced to 12 months probation on two counts of malicious destruction of property, $1,000-$20,000.

Jeremy John Millmine, 19, Caro, was sentenced to 190 days with 36 months probation for motor vehicle – unlawfully driving away. He was ordered to pay $2,778 in costs and fines.

Thomas James Robinson, 53, Standish, pleaded guilty to sex offender – failure to comply with registration act. Sentence date to be set.
